Upskill Global was founded in June 2019, emerging from a carefully crafted vision into a fully structured entity, thanks to the strategic insight and extensive industry experience of Brooking Hovell. His expertise was pivotal in transforming a conceptual idea into a mission-driven organization dedicated to making a meaningful impact.

After a period of detailed planning and creative development, Upskill Global officially launched in November 2019. We began with a strong social media presence, which played a crucial role in establishing our foundation and attracting a diverse range of clients and partners. Our current focus is on empowering Indigenous communities. We provide tailored services designed to enhance skills, boost confidence, and open pathways to sustainable employment. This commitment is reflected in our partnerships with key government departments, including the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and the Department of Water and Environment Regulation. These collaborations enable us to align our services with broader employment and environmental objectives, ensuring that our support is both impactful and relevant.

 

Additionally, Upskill Global works closely with employment service providers and large businesses, integrating our services into their programs to extend our reach and effectiveness. This network allows us to offer comprehensive support to a wide range of clients, facilitating their professional development and career progression. ​From our modest beginnings operating from home, we have grown substantially and now proudly operate from our dedicated premises.
