EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS
Our Employment Programs are specifically tailored for First Nations communities, emphasizing collaboration, purpose, and confidence. We work closely with local communities to understand their unique needs and design programs that address those needs effectively. Our partnerships extend to employers in sectors such as mining, construction, hospitality, retail, and health. Through our specialized approach, we’ve successfully developed high-quality candidates who are well-prepared for roles in these industries.
MENTORING PROGRAMS

Our Champion Mentality Mentoring Program offers group sessions on-site with providers and employers over a 12-week term. We focus on overcoming employment barriers and exploring positive changes, with a special emphasis on addressing the needs of Indigenous individuals.
Additionally, our Graduate Mentoring Program supports individuals as they transition from education to the workforce. We offer guidance on applying their skills, preparing for graduate programs, and building confidence. Our program also includes connecting graduates with employers, developing workplace skills, and providing ongoing support while they work with their employers.
