RECRUITMENT SERVICES

Fee for service recruitment is our recruitment model which is easy, stress fee and affordable. We focus providing clients quality and specialise in providing First Nation candidates. Our reach is national and we are currently providing this service in NSW, SA, WA and VIC.
We follow a 4 S process when it comes to recruitment, Scope - understand the role and the requirements, Search - Advertise role and highlight the opportunity, Select - Screen possible candidates - Support - assist candidate to onboard into role of choice. We provide a comprehensive wrap around system that helps us achieve the quality in which we produce.
PLACEMENT SUPPORT

Our Placement Support service is dedicated to assisting candidates after they have been placed with an employer. This support, provided by experienced mentors, helps employers gain insight into the candidate’s perspective on their role and the company.
